Responsibilities

• Configure and support Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
• Work on Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Leave, and Accrual modules.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.
• Manage integrations and interface monitoring.
• Support enhancements, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams.
• Prepare documentation and conduct user training.
