KreditBee is Hiring Recruiter - Tech & Lateral Hiring

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology, Product, and Corporate roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and drive timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidates through the offer-to-joining lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Mandatory experience hiring for Technology, Product, and Corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
