KOTRA New Delhi - Trade & Business Support Executive

Role Overview

The position will support Korean companies in developing business opportunities in the Indian market. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential Indian business partners, generating business leads, arranging B2B meetings, and supporting trade promotion activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Matchmaking & Buyer Development: Identify and approach potential Indian business partners; generate and qualify buyer leads and inquiries; conduct follow-ups and arrange B2B meetings between Korean and Indian companies.
• Trade Promotion Events: Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, trade delegations, business meetings, seminars, and other trade promotion events.
• Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing campaigns for Korean products and companies and screen business leads generated through online channels.
• Client Support: Support Korean client companies in developing business opportunities in India and maintain follow-up records, business contacts, and lead pipelines.
• Market Research: Conduct market and industry research and prepare concise assessments on market trends, competitors, potential customers, and distribution channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Confidence in approaching new companies through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
• Good research, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, trade promotion, lead generation, market research, or digital marketing is preferred. Basic understanding of international trade is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Korean is preferred but not mandatory

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Monthly Salary: INR 50,000 and above, depending on experience and qualifications
• Festival Bonus: Holi and Diwali bonus provided as per office policy
• Work Location: New Delhi
