Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage bancassurance sales through bank branches, focusing on cross-selling life insurance products to existing and new customers.
  
• Develop strong relationships with branch managers, staff, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of life insurance policies within the bank's customer base.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to policy servicing.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
