We are looking for an experienced Kotlin & Java Developer to join a growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both Kotlin and Java, along with expertise in backend development, API integration, database optimization, and modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and object-oriented code.
- Write and execute unit tests to ensure application quality.
- Optimize application performance through benchmarking and tuning.
- Create and maintain efficient PostgreSQL database queries.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
- Strong hands-on experience in both Kotlin and Java (mandatory).
- Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
- RESTful API development.
- JavaScript.
- PostgreSQL with experience writing complex and optimized queries.
- Unit Testing.
- JWT and modern authorization mechanisms.
- Docker.
- Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or SVN.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Solid understanding of database concepts.
- Application benchmarking and performance optimization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
