Position: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Insurance Sales
Process: Kotak 811 Life Insurance & Banking Products
Eligibility: Graduate, 20–30 years, prior banking sales experience mandatory. No freshers.
Salary: Fixed Pay + Attractive Incentives
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Payroll: Direct Bank Payroll
Week Offs: 6 per month
Key Responsibilities: Outbound calling, insurance sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
