Role Overview:

- The Treasury Products & Process Transformation role is responsible for driving process excellence and digital transformation initiatives within the Treasury function at Kotak Mahindra Bank.

- This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including Treasury Operations, Technology, and Business teams, to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the implementation of AI-driven solutions. The individual will play a crucial role in streamlining treasury operations, enhancing efficiency, and mitigating operational risks, ultimately contributing to improved business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing treasury processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, leading to streamlined workflows and reduced operational costs.

- Design and implement process automation solutions, leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI, to enhance efficiency and accuracy in treasury operations.

- Collaborate with technology teams to develop and deploy digital solutions that improve the user experience for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

- Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions for trade processing, risk management, and other treasury functions, resulting in improved decision-making and reduced manual effort.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Monitor and track the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for further optimization and continuous improvement, leading to sustained efficiency gains.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies into existing systems, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.

- Manage projects related to process transformation and technology implementation, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget, delivering tangible business value.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within a Treasury environment.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing process automation solutions, including RPA and AI-driven technologies.

- Strong understanding of treasury products, operations, and risk management principles.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is preferred.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a willingness to embrace new technologies and approaches.
