Role Overview:

The Senior Manager - Assistant Vice President - Talent Acquisition will lead strategic hiring initiatives to support the bank's aggressive growth objectives in Mumbai. Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies within the financial services or banking sector.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in HR analytics to derive actionable insights that inform hiring decisions and process improvements.

- Possess the ability to influence and manage complex stakeholder relationships across various levels of the organization.

- Showcase a solid understanding of HR Business Partnering principles to ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with broader organizational goals.

- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging with senior leadership and high-potential candidates.

- Hold a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution.

- Adapt effectively to a high-pressure, on-site work environment in Mumbai, demonstrating resilience and a results-oriented mindset.

- Possess 5 - 15 years of professional experience in talent acquisition and human resources management.
