Process: Kotak Mahindra Bank - Sales Officer (Business Loans)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate business loan leads through telecalling and field visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Build customer relationships and generate referrals.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in Sales / Banking preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: Up to 18,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to 40,000, performance-based
