Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Inbound Officer Kotak 811. The role involves handling inbound customer queries while identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
• Resolve customer queries related to banking products and services
• Deliver high-quality customer service (approx. 75% of role)
• Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities (approx. 25% of role)
• Maintain call quality and productivity standards (100150 calls per day)
• Achieve individual and team targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum sales experience required (Freshers not eligible)
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
• Communication: Excellent spoken English skills
• Employment Gap: Not more than 6 months

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: Up to 3,59,000 To 3,70,000 per annum (based on interview performance)
• Incentives: Up to 5,000 per month
• Payroll: Direct employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timing: Between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (any 9-hour rotational shift)
• Weekly Offs:
• First 6 months: 4 rotational offs per month
• After confirmation (6 months): 6 rotational offs per month
