About the Role:

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking customer-focused and dynamic individuals for the role of Inbound Customer Service Executive in the CCU RL (Mutual Fund) division. The position involves handling inbound customer interactions via calls, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and high-quality service for retail liability products related to mutual funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to Bank products in a professional manner
• Respond to customer queries through email and chat channels
• Resolve customer concerns within defined turnaround time (TAT)
• Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions in the system
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Cross-sell relevant banking and investment products when applicable

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation mandatory (any stream)
• Experience: Experienced candidates preferred; salary based on interview performance
• Age Limit: 20 to 30 years
• Gender: Open to all
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Gap Criteria: No employment or education gap exceeding 6 months

Salary Details

• Up to 4.50 LPA (CTC) for experienced candidates, based on interview performance

Working Days & Timings

• Rotational day shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Shift duration: 9 hours (including breaks)
• 8 scattered weekly offs per month
• Open to working on Sundays and holidays
