Job Profile:

• Handle customer queries via Email & Voice
• Resolve customer issues efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service for banking products

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to 4.5 LPA CTC (Based on interview performance)

Shift:

• Rotational Day Shift (7:00 AM 8:00 PM)
• 9-hour shift (including breaks)
• 8 Rotational Week Offs per Month
