• Sales experience required (Freshers not eligible)
• Age: 1832 years
• Basic English communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• Up to 4.5 LPA CTC (based on interview)

Shift

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 6 week-offs per month (4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound sales for Kotak 811 products
• Customer acquisition and lead generation
• Explain product features and benefits to customers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and guidelines
