Job Title: Finastra Kondor Development

Location: Remote Exp: 5+yrs We are looking for an experienced Finastra Kondor Developer with strong technical expertise in Kondor+ development, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the Kondor suite and a solid understanding of Treasury & Capital Markets products and workflows. Key Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and enhance Finastra Kondor+ applications to support Treasury & Capital Markets business requirements. • Design, develop, and maintain KTP (Kondor Trade Processing) components, interfaces, reports, and batch processes. • Configure and support Kondor+ modules across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions. • Develop and support integrations between Kondor+, SWIFT, Core Banking, General Ledger, payment systems, and other downstream applications. • Perform impact analysis, technical design, coding, unit testing, and deployment activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, interface failures, batch processing errors, and performance bottlenecks. • Work closely with business analysts, treasury users, and functional consultants to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. • Support system upgrades, migrations, environment setup, and release management activities. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and support procedures. • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finastra Kondor development. • Strong experience in: o KTP Development o Kondor+ Configuration o Interface Development o Batch Processing and Scheduling o Report Development o Production Support • Good understanding of Treasury & Capital Markets products including: o Foreign Exchange (FX) o Money Market o Fixed Income o Securities o Derivatives • Strong hands-on experience with: o Unix/Linux o Shell Scripting o SQL o Oracle Database • Experience developing and supporting treasury system integrations. • Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX messages). • Experience in troubleshooting complex application and integration issues. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills: • Experience with Kondor+ upgrades, migrations, and treasury transformation programs. • Knowledge of API, MQ, and middleware-based integrations. • Exposure to cloud-based deployment and DevOps practices. • Experience working with scheduling tools and batch automation frameworks. • Familiarity with treasury accounting, settlements, and risk management processes. • Exposure to other Treasury Management Systems such as Murex, Calypso, or Summit. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Treasury & Capital Markets domain experience is highly preferred. • Finastra Kondor+ certifications or relevant treasury system certifications are an added advantage.
