Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS (MERN Stack).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to support business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in application design and architecture discussions.
• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate, design, develop, and deploy application features.
• Monitor and optimize application performance while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Act as an independent contributor and provide technical guidance during project execution.
• Support technical reviews, impact analysis, risk assessments, and enhancement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, NodeJS).
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented design, and application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Git, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Exposure to Scrum Framework and ITIL processes is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
