KOL Manager (Crypto)

We re at Mudrex are building one of India s most trusted and dynamic tokenised assets platforms empowering traders to explore the future of digital assets with confidence. With a fast-growing user base and an active trading community within commodities, US Stocks and cryptocurrency, we re now looking to expand our creator and KOL/influencer ecosystem to scale user engagement and brand visibility across platforms like YouTube, Instagram and Telegram.

We re looking for a KOL Manager (Crypto) who lives and breathes futures trading and crypto, someone who understands both creators and traders. You ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with influencers, YouTubers, and live traders, affiliate partners; planning and executing performance-driven influencer campaigns; and tracking ROI across multiple content formats.

• Influencer Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with YouTube creators, Instagram influencers, and live trading communities relevant to crypto and finance.

• Community Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key influencers, streamers, and content creators to form a loyal creator ecosystem.

• Campaign Management: Plan, negotiate, and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and content approvals to tracking deliverables and outcomes.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign analytics and measure ROAS, engagement, CTR, and conversion rates to optimize influencer spend.

• Negotiations Budgeting: Secure cost-effective deals while maintaining content quality and alignment with brand goals.

• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on crypto trends, creator economy shifts, and social platform algorithm updates to inform campaign strategy.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, content, and performance marketing teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing goals.

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing in equity markets, crypto, commodities or other trading-related domains.

• Strong understanding of trading ecosystems, cryptocurrency, and commodities.

• Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns on YouTube and Instagram with measurable ROI.

• A strong network within the crypto/commodities creator community is a major plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Prior experience at a crypto platform, trading platform, or fintech startup.

• Exposure to influencer marketing or creator growth programs.

• Comfort working with performance tools and data analysis.
