Position: Production Executive – Circular Knitting

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Technology, preferably with specialization in Knitting.

Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in circular knitting production. Experience with knitting machines, production planning, and fabric quality will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day production of circular knitting machines.

Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.

Manage machine efficiency, productivity, and downtime.

Monitor fabric quality, GSM, stitch length, and other required parameters.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Planning departments.

Identify and resolve production-related issues and minimize machine stoppages.

Ensure proper machine settings, yarn feeding, and fabric changeovers.

Maintain production reports, machine performance records, and shift-wise data.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, yarn, and other resources.

Follow safety, quality, housekeeping, and company procedures.

Monitor rejection, wastage, and production losses and take corrective actions.

Lead and guide operators and helpers during the shift.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of circular knitting operations.

Good understanding of yarn and knitted fabric.

Production planning and manpower management.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
