Kitchen Supervisor / Store Keeper - Catering

Issue store items to the cooks as per the approved production plan.
Chef will give him the requirement (vegetables, provisions, milk etc)
Stock taking to be done periodically.
Inform & follow-up regarding maintenance jobs maintenance in-charge.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate. Should know to read and write English.
Basic knowledge of computers is required.
Should be able to maintain record of purchases.
