Kissflow Developer

About Position:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Kissflow Developer to design, develop, customize, and support business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Kissflow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, and project teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives and enterprise workflow solutions. This role requires strong expertise in business process automation, BPMN, integrations, and low-code application development to streamline business operations and improve organizational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Kissflow platform.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure forms, workflows, approval processes, dashboards, reports, notifications, and business rules within Kissflow.
• Build and customize workflow automation solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, JSON, XML, and connectors.
• Create reusable components, workflow templates, and application frameworks to improve development efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and process optimization initiatives.
• Implement BPMN-based workflows to improve process visibility, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, workflow issues, production incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, deployment procedures, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support application deployment, production releases, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
• Work closely with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, estimations, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously evaluate new platform capabilities and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in workflow automation, business application development, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Kissflow development and workflow implementation.
• Experience working with platforms such as Appian, Power Platform, OutSystems, ServiceNow, Mendix, Creatio, or similar low-code technologies.
• Strong understanding of BPMN, workflow automation, and Business Process Management concepts.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of workflow design, approval processes, business rules, and automation frameworks.
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems through web services.
• Proficiency in JSON, XML, and API-based integration mechanisms.
• Knowledge of SQL queries, relational databases, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications and integration architectures.
• Understanding of application lifecycle management and software development best practices.
• Experience with testing methodologies including functional, integration, and UAT testing.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
