Role Description The Kindergarten Teacher will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster foundational literacy, numeracy and socio-emotional skills. Daily responsibilities include planning classroom activities, implementing interactive teaching methods, assessing student progress and maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment. The role also involves communicating regularly with parents or guardians, collaborating with other staff members and participating in school events and professional development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chidambaram.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and organize age-appropriate lessons, with strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching.
• Solid foundation in Early Childhood Education, including knowledge of child development and classroom management.
• Effective Communication skills to engage young learners and maintain clear, professional interaction with families and colleagues.
• Experience in Training and mentoring young children through structured and play-based learning activities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach to teaching in a diverse classroom.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment and adapt to innovative teaching methods and technology.
