Kindergarten Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will create a secure, joyful, and stimulating learning environment that sets the foundation for lifelong learning. You will focus on nurturing young minds through creative activities, play-based learning, and academic basics while tracking emotional and social milestones.

Role & responsibilities

• Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, sensory activities, and interactive games.
• Child Development: Support and track individual children's social, emotional, and early academic growth.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, orderly, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Communication: Connect effectively and regularly with parents regarding child progress and collaborate smoothly with school staff.
• Assessment: Monitor behavioral and developmental shifts in students to ensure timely guidance and parental alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of teaching experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked closely with kindergarten or very young children.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication, exceptional patience, and strong classroom-management abilities.
• Mindset: Enthusiastic, empathetic, and naturally loving toward early-years learners.
