Role Purpose

We are looking for a warm, creative and passionate Kindergarten Teacher who can nurture young learners and create an engaging classroom environment that supports their academic, social, emotional and overall development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate and activity-based learning experiences.
• Create a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Develop children's early literacy, numeracy, communication, creativity and social skills.
• Use stories, music, art, games, activities and hands-on learning to make learning enjoyable.
• Observe and track children's learning and developmental progress.
• Maintain effective classroom routines and positive behaviour.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children's progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and coordinators and actively participate in school events and activities.
• Follow school policies relating to child safety, safeguarding, discipline and professional conduct.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education or a relevant field.
• NTT / Montessori / ECCE / D.El.Ed qualification will be an advantage.
• 13 years of Kindergarten / Early Years teaching experience preferred.
• Freshers with the right aptitude and relevant qualification may also be considered.
