    About this role

    ROLE SUMMARY
    Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and engaging kids play area for children aged 3-18, facilitating activities, supporting residents and parents, and assisting with guest house and club house amenity operations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Supervise children and facilitate age-appropriate play; follow safety procedures, record entries, inspect equipment and report incidents or maintenance concerns.
    Plan and conduct at least two children s activities each month; coordinate schedules, materials, external facilitators and parent communication.
    Support guest house and amenity bookings, communicate usage guidelines, collect charges, issue receipts and maintain accurate payment and booking records.
    Respond to residents, parents and Management Committee queries; collect feedback and maintain a helpful, professional and child-friendly approach.
    Coordinate with housekeeping and support teams to keep the play area and guest house clean and functional; report lighting, AC or other MEP issues.
    Maintain daily logs, lost-and-found records, activity schedules and timely daily / weekly / fortnightly / monthly MIS reports.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
    Education: Bachelor s degree in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 2+ years in childcare or hospitality.

    SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
    Strong communication in English; good organization and multitasking; child-friendly, patient and empathetic; resident-service oriented; collaborative team player; basic payment tracking and reconciliation skills.

    KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
    Organize at least two children s activities per month, targeting 75% child participation.
    Maintain at least 90% resident satisfaction in quarterly feedback.
    Ensure accurate payment records and submit all reports on time.
    Promote a safe play environment through proactive supervision.
