Position: Investor Relations Executive / Senior Executive
Location: New Delhi

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional with exposure to Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) operations and branch office management. The role involves handling investor interactions, addressing customer queries, managing branch reception activities, and ensuring prompt resolution of service requests while maintaining high standards of client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day investor servicing activities at the branch office.
• Address and resolve investor queries related to mutual funds, demat accounts, IPOs, transfers, corporate actions, and other financial products.
• Coordinate with internal teams and RTAs for timely resolution of investor requests.
• Handle branch reception activities and act as the first point of contact for walk-in investors.
• Assist investors with account-related documentation, KYC updates, nominee registrations, and transaction-related requests.
• Track and monitor pending service requests and ensure adherence to defined TATs.
• Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines.
• Support branch operations and administrative activities as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong investor relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Customer Service, Branch Operations, or RTA operations.
• Prior experience in RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agent) operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of mutual funds, capital markets, investor servicing, and financial products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple investor queries and operational activities efficiently.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
