Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in agency management or related field (insurance industry).
  
• Strong knowledge of motor insurance products and services offered by various companies.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business growth; proficiency in MIS reporting tools an added advantage.
