Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Partner & Relationship Management Build and sustain strong partnerships with external stakeholders and internal teams, align business objectives with partner goals, manage regional issues, conduct client/partner meetings, and consistently reduce channel escalations to ensure smooth delivery of services.
2. Business Growth & Performance Drive GWP growth and profitability by enhancing penetration in attachment business, collaborating with zonal crossselling teams, ensuring timely training of field officers, and achieving partnerwise targets.
3. New Verticals & Strategic Expansion Identify and pursue new business segments, engage Clevel executives to close deals and strengthen pipelines, and explore new avenues within partnerships to diversify the portfolio mix and improve asset distribution.
4. Project & Process Excellence Lead solution design and IT integration initiatives aligned with SBIG and partner systems, ensuring timely delivery within agreed TATs, while maintaining high standards of reporting and data exchange for operational transparency.
5. Profitability & Continuous Improvement Focus on sustainable growth by driving GWP and profitability, effectively handling escalations, and implementing longterm improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and partner confidence.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate who has prior experience in managing channel partners for cooperative banks or micro finance institutions.
