Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer-centric business strategies to ensure effective utilization of resources and achievement of organizational objectives.
• Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve profitability targets.
• Deliver excellence in sales and marketing operations by creating positive customer experiences and strengthening client relationships.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key influencers, including architects, interior designers, interior contractors, builders, and fabricators, by presenting value-driven solutions.
• Secure and manage high-value accounts through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
• Strengthen relationship maturity with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions aligned with customer objectives and business needs.
• Actively participate in event marketing, brand promotion, and sales activation initiatives to enhance market presence and generate business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and develop KRAs to ensure successful achievement of daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Explore and capitalize on opportunities in new and underserved markets to expand the customer base and business footprint.
• Foster a positive and performance-driven work environment through effective communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and relationship management skills.
