Job Summary

CIEL is looking for a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to manage client relationships and handle client requirements related to non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong client-service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle client requirements related to non-IT recruitment.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Understand client expectations and provide effective recruitment solutions.
• Follow up with clients, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor recruitment progress and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Manage multiple client requirements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA graduates from top-tier A-category business schools.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work from the office five days a week.
