Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Hotel Acquisition & Contracting

• Identify and onboard new hotel partners in assigned markets
• Negotiate hotel rates, room allocations, offers, and commercial terms
• Finalize contracts and maintain updated agreements

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and management
• Act as the primary point of contact for hotel partners
• Resolve partner issues related to pricing, inventory, payments, and operations

Market & Revenue Management

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and hotel performance
• Ensure competitive pricing and availability across platforms
• Support revenue growth through promotions and strategic partnerships

Inventory Management

• Monitor room inventory and hotel availability
• Coordinate with hotels for rate updates, blackout dates, and seasonal offers
• Ensure content accuracy including hotel descriptions, images, and amenities

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and support teams
• Prepare contracting reports, productivity trackers, and performance analysis
• Maintain contract database and documentation

Required Skills
