Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with Insurance partners, brokers and key stakeholders.
• Understand partner business requirements and identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
• Drive partner onboarding, new product/channel launches and implementation initiatives.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations and Finance teams to deliver partner requirements.
• Track partner performance, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Lead regular partner reviews and communicate business performance, key issues and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journey, conversion, TAT and partner penetration.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product/process improvements and ensure timely execution.
• Support new business initiatives, integrations and strategic projects across the Insurance ecosystem.

• Strong understanding of processes, digital journeys or partner ecosystems.
