CIEL HR is looking for a Key Account Manager / Non-IT Consultant to join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Position: Key Account Manager Non-IT Recruitment

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 Days

Experience: 2+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Languages: English & Hindi – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate with 8-10 Non-IT client accounts.

Build and maintain a strong rapport with clients and SPOCs.

Connect with clients regularly to understand their hiring requirements and manpower needs.

Collect and coordinate active job requirements with the internal recruitment teams.

Coordinate between clients, recruiters, Team Leads and Managers across different CIEL HR locations.

Manage the recruitment process from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups and interview feedback.

Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal recruitment teams.

Schedule and participate in client/SPOC meetings as required.

Follow up with clients for interview feedback, selections and onboarding.

Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely closures.

Handle client queries and ensure a smooth overall recruitment experience.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Client Coordination / Account Management.

Candidates with experience handling multiple clients or client accounts will be preferred.

Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

Experience in coordinating between clients and internal recruitment teams.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.

Good command of English and Hindi is mandatory.
