MBA Fresher- Up to 25,000 CTC per month

Graduate Experienced- upto 30k CTC

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow key seller/brand accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Monitor account performance, sales, orders, and business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, revenue, visibility, and account performance.
• Assist sellers/brands with platform-related queries and operational concerns.
• Track product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and catalogue performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM candidates can also apply.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Candidates with experience in e-commerce, key account management, sales, client servicing, or marketplace operations will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and a business-oriented mindset may also be considered.
