Key Accounts Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager IT Staffing with strong experience in client handling, recruitment requirements, and account management. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, coordinating with the recruitment team, and ensuring successful closure of staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with IT clients and key accounts.
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skills, experience, and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure relevant profiles are sourced and submitted within TAT.
• Follow up with clients for profile feedback, interview schedules, selections, and offer status.
• Take ownership of requirements from requirement gathering to successful candidate closure.
• Track open positions, submissions, interviews, selections, and closures.
• Handle client queries and resolve recruitment-related issues effectively.
• Identify additional hiring requirements and opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Negotiate commercials/rates and support business development activities when required.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to improve profile quality, turnaround time, and closure ratio.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing / IT Recruitment / Staff Augmentation.
• Strong experience in client coordination and client relationship management.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end IT recruitment/staffing process.
• Proven ability to handle client requirements and drive them toward successful closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with strong ownership of recruitment closures.
