About this role
Role Purpose
Own end-to-end service delivery and uptime for an assigned EV fleet maintenance hub, leading the hub team to meet client SLAs on turnaround, preventive service and parts availability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Own hub turnaround time - running repair and minor jobs closed the same day; major and accidental jobs within 2 days.
2)Ensure campaigexecution on all reported vehicles.
3) Maintain minimum stock level (MSL) of spare parts at the hub.
4) Manage hub assets, tools and petty cash, with monthly settlement.
5) Drive preventive service adherence for all reported vehicles.
6)Own warranty management and submission of the product quality report.
7) Complete PDI and vehicle deployment for new fleet inductions.
8)Monitor and improve technician productivity against the 5 vehicles per day benchmark.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
Diploma or BE in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering.
Experience
4-8 years in automotive or EV service operations, including at least 1 year leading a workshop or service hub team.
Technical Skills
EV powertrain and battery fundamentals; running, minor and major repair processes; DMS and job card systems; spare parts and MSL management; PDI and warranty processes.
Behavioural Skills
Team leadership, client handling, ownership of SLAs, safety and 5S discipline, escalation management.Role & responsibilities
