Key Roles & Responsibilities: ( Key Accounts Manager )

• Business Development & Sales Area wise
• Promoting the products through a network with Architects /Interior Designers / Consultants / Contractors / Builders & Developers.
• Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Accomplishment of achieved targets set by the company for overall growth.
• Managing the sales & distribution network for the assigned region
• Executing different brand promotion activities as decided by management time to time to increase the brand visibility in the region
• Submission of timely reports regarding sales for the project pipeline/Distribution network.
• Optimum utilisation of resources & cost management
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
• Represent the company at industry events, Exhibitions, and conferences.
• Willingness to travel if required for business expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, preferably within building material industry.
