Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts for lubricants business, focusing on client relationship management and sales growth.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  
• Identify new business development potential within existing customer base and drive initiatives to expand product offerings.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Key Account Management or related field (Business Development, Client Relationship Management).
  
• Strong understanding of lubricants industry dynamics, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Proven track record in developing strong relationships with high-value clients across various industries.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical information into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
