Preferred candidate profile

• Graduates, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles. Preferably from Telecom/ISP industry.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.
• Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Perform daily Customer visits &Updating of CVR & Asianet Account Information System.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.
• Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting Customers' evolving needs.

CTC Upto : 10 lpa , (based on current CTC)
