Key Accounts Manager

Hiring | Key Account Manager (Enterprise Sales) | Mumbai

We are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager to drive strategic client partnerships, acquire new business, and accelerate revenue growth across enterprise accounts.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong track record in consultative B2B sales, enterprise account management, CXO engagement, and high-value deal closures.

Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Compensation: 20 to 30 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic enterprise and corporate accounts.
• Drive new business acquisition through consultative and solution-based selling.
• Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
• Identify business opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and close high-value deals.
• Develop long-term account growth and client retention strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve revenue and business growth targets.

What We're Looking For

• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute; candidates from leading B-schools will be preferred.
• 6to 8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
• Strong experience in managing large corporate clients and complex sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong executive presence, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Advertising, Media, FMCG, Consulting, Technology/SaaS, or other solution-selling industries will be preferred.

Work Schedule

• This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Santacruz, Mumbai.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office on a daily basis.
