Any Graduate

Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM)

Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and seller management

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel and work flexibly

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow seller accounts on marketplace platforms

Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers

Drive seller growth through regular meetings, calls, and consultations

Resolve seller queries and coordinate with internal teams

Track seller performance and prepare MIS/reports

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
