Key Accounts Manager

Role Overview: Key Account Manager will drive sales growth and market penetration for specialty ceiling products in the assigned Mumbai region. This role focuses on executing targeted sales strategies, optimizing channel and pricing approaches, leveraging customer insights, enhancing key account relationships, and contributing to competitive positioning to achieve revenue targets and increase regional contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to boost regional revenue contribution and overall market share in specialty ceiling products.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of key accounts (Architects, PMC, General Contractors, End users) ensuring timely delivery, high customer satisfaction, and consistent achievement of revenue targets via effective negotiation and contract management.
• Identify and drive business development initiatives focused on Offices, Education, Healthcare, Auditorium, industrial and other focused market segments.
• Proactively identify emerging conversion opportunities and convert them into sustainable, revenue-generating business to expand market presence.
• Leverage customer data and insights from the CRM system to drive strategic initiatives and enhance offerings aligned with market demands.
• Organize client events and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Optimize sales performance by conducting regular market research, evaluating competitor strategies, and identifying industry trends to inform decision-making.
