About this role
- Meet and build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, dealers, distributors, and purchasing teams.
- Visit project sites and builder offices to showcase our products
- Pitch products for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product samples, pricing, and deliveries.
- Keep track of leads, project pipelines, and client communications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and grow key accounts across architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with architects, developers, etc, to promote company products.
- Coordinate with channel partners, dealers, and distributors to ensure smooth project execution and product availability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, forecasts, and business development activities.
