Job Summary

We are looking for a Key Account Manager / Sr. Key Account Manager to build and manage strong relationships with our dealer network and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing dealers.
• Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the business.
• Regularly visit existing dealers, understand their requirements, and ensure a smooth experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow business and improve dealer engagement.
• Negotiate and close business opportunities with dealers.
• Handle dealer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Manage multiple dealer accounts and ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction.
• Track performance and share regular updates with the team.

Skills & Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Field Sales, Key Account Management, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and local travel.
• Experience in managing both new client/dealer onboarding and existing client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Should be target-driven with a strong hunger for growth.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and take ownership.
• Graduate in any discipline; Post Graduation will be an added advantage.
