Key Accounts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in Mis Operations or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report preparation.
• Excellent client coordination and vendor relationship management skills.
