Key Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

• Convert interested cat parents into paying subscribers ( Warm Calls, one-time buyers, social DMs, WhatsApp)
• Own 50150 subscriber accounts as the single named point of contact
• Run the reorder calendar and place orders on subscribers' behalf
• Send and follow up on payment links
• Own first-response-within-30-minutes customer support
• Spot at-risk accounts early and drive retention & win-backs
• Upsell larger packs, multi-cat plans, and drive referrals
• Keep CRM records clean and current
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics on dispatch and delays
• Report weekly on sign-ups, active subscribers, churn, and payment conversion

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in key account management, inside sales, customer success, or D2C account handling — with a track record of closing, not just servicing
• Comfortable making 50–70 calls a day
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Sheets, order/payment dashboards
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus
• D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or pet care background preferred
• Based in or able to commute daily to HSR Layout, Bengaluru
• Genuinely likes animals (preferred)
