Salary:

• MBA Fresher: Up to 25,000 CTC per month
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 30,000 CTC per month

Language Required- Fluent Hindi & English both.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage key clients, build strong business relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients/accounts.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, issues, and escalations.
• Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA Fresher of 2025-2026 can apply.
• Experienced: Graduate with relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
