Key Account Manager Private Security Services

Experience: 8–12 years in Private Security Industry
Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the single point of contact for major accounts and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor security operations, manpower deployment, attendance, compliance and service quality.
• Coordinate with Branch Heads and Operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits and prepare review reports.
• Handle client complaints, escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, retention and additional services.
• Monitor billing, collections and contractual commitments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, PSARA and applicable statutory requirements.

Key Skills:

• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of private security operations and manpower management.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple key accounts and teams.
• Willingness to travel for client/site visits.
