Key Accounts Manager ( Field Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager - EDC Sales who will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, managing merchant relationships and growing business through Paytm's payment and financial solutions.

The role requires strong sales and relationship-management skills, a good understanding of the local market and the ability to identify opportunities for revenue and product growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with merchants in the assigned geography.
• Drive sales and adoption of EDC/POS/ swipe machines.
• Acquire new merchants and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Drive product penetration and revenue growth across the assigned market.
• Manage assigned merchant accounts and ensure effective engagement and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with merchants and key stakeholders.
• Understand merchant requirements and ensure timely resolution of grievances and service-related issues.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention and higher sales conversions.
• Track market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities.
• Identify local market opportunities and develop appropriate sales strategies.
• Ensure successful product deployment and communicate product benefits effectively to merchants.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business targets.
• Take ownership of day-to-day market activities and deliver business outcomes.
