Key Accounts Manager || Bangalore & Hyderabad

Role & Responsibilities

- Onboard new merchants and promote Paytm EDC / PoS / Soundbox solutions in assigned territory.

- Visit retail outlets, explain product benefits, and convert leads into active merchants.

- Achieve daily / monthly sales targets for device deployment and transaction activation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

- Provide basic training to merchants on device usage, settlement and QR transactions.

- Identify market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

- Coordinate with internal teams for installation, service support and issue resolution.

- Maintain daily sales reports and update merchant data in CRM.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).

- 0-3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Merchant Acquisition (Fintech preferred).

- Strong knowledge of local area and local language (Hindi & English).

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to do extensive field work.

- Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone for daily market visits.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
