Job Purpose

Drive sales growth in Modern Trade and Self-Service Stores (SSS) by achieving sales targets, improving product visibility, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Self-Service Stores (SSS) and Modern Trade accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in stores.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage in-store promoters and merchandising activities.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with distributors and supply teams for timely replenishment.
• Drive order generation and billing from assigned stores.
