Timing : General shift 9AM to 6PM
Mode: Hybrid 3 Days Office

Role Overview

We are looking for an organised, analytical Executive Key Account Management to support the day-to-day management of key accounts. The role involves working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of business plans, and using data to track performance and identify opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, key account management, business operations, supply chain coordination, category management or a similar role.

- Strong Excel/data-handling skills and comfort working with large amounts of data.

- Strong attention to detail and high ownership of tasks.

- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate closely with regional teams, supply chain, sales operations, account teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

- Follow up on orders, supplies, inventory, listings, promotions and other account requirements.

- Act as a central point of coordination between the account team and regional teams.

- Track open action items, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely closure.

- Support resolution of day-to-day operational issues with relevant stakeholders.

- Maintain clear communication and follow-up across multiple stakeholders and priorities.

2. Data Management & Analysis

- Maintain multiple business trackers covering sales, orders, inventory, supply, promotions and other account metrics.

- Work with numbers and data on a daily basis to monitor business performance.

- Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.

- Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards for internal reviews.

- Track targets versus actuals and highlight key deviations and action areas.

- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of all trackers and reports.

3. Business & Account Support

- Support the Key Account Manager in planning and executing account-specific initiatives.

- Assist in preparation of business reviews, presentations and analysis for account meetings.

- Coordinate execution of new product launches, promotions and other account initiatives.
